AMENITIES IN THE BLACK FOREST
There are 150 lots in the Black Forest Club, ranging in size from 3 to 6 acres. Many owners have combined lots to make expansive home sites. More than half of the lots have waterfront access along the Millbrook and others connect directly to the 1100 acres of private parkland.
Black Forest Club is not tied to city services, so each home is supplied by delicious clear well water. Frontier Communications recently upgraded the Black Forest Club infrastructure with a fiber-optic switch, so homeowners have access to high-speed internet connections.

At the center of the Black Forest Club lies the Clubhouse, a turn-of-the-century hunting lodge which has been renovated into a charming, rustic, one-story cabin heated by a wood-burning stove in the winter. It sports a big, beautiful, communal porch for member use in the summer months.
The Clubhouse is also the heart of the Black Forest Club community. The Club hosts seasonal events all year long. From the award-winning Oktoberfest to the competitive Super Bowl party, it’s a great place for Club Members to get together.
For a small fee, the Clubhouse is available to members for private events year round.

CLUB HOUSE
The founding families of the Black Forest Club had the unique foresight to create a land management program for which they set aside about half of their acquired land. To this day, it remains an incredibly unique asset. There are four huge private park areas comprising 1100 acres.
Club member enjoy exclusive access to the beauty of Black Forest with its deep ravines, waterfalls, hiking trails, swimming holes, fishing, snow shoeing and waterfront access to the Delaware River.
Recently, Club members created a trail committee to further explore and map natural resources on Club land.
COMMUNITY
The Black Forest Club community includes about 70 houses, evenly split between full-time residents and second homes. The Black Forest Club has a wonderful diversity of architecture, from German influenced chalets to midcentury modern designs, log cabins to Craftsman houses.
Lot and homeowners become members of the Black Forest Club association in order to partake in everything the community has to offer.
Residents of the Black Forest Club share a like-minded goal of embracing nature and nurturing a peaceful environment surrounded by natural beauty.
